Training
Employers will recognise the need to ensure employees are provided with the appropriate information, instruction and training relevent to the individuals occupation as this is a statutory duty both under the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and associated legislation.
Training should start from day one with an induction to the company and continue on an ongoing basis.
