Director of Dundee company fined £4000 personally and his company fined £5000, after Polish operative killed on site.

Court heard Director used crowd control barriers as edge protection instead of proper scaffolding handrails.

Operative fell down open staircase.

Court stated the companies culpability was wholly attributable to the neglect of senior management.
